Three cheers for Breakfast!

Some research published today reminds us just how good breakfast is for you (It is my favourite meal of the day) – apparently those who skip breakfast are more at risk of heart problems than those who eat breakfast.

As if I needed any more persuausion – those who know me, know I can’t leave the house on an empty stomach.  But it is hopefully a useful reminder for those of you that are prone to skipping breakfast on occassions – anything is better than nothing!
